I discovered my passion for drones in 2017, quickly recognising the enormous potential these systems have to transform the way work is done. What began as a curiosity soon became a dedicated pursuit: flying, testing, and pushing the limits of a wide range of drone platforms to understand how they could deliver real‑world value.

Photography was the first doorway into this world. Capturing landscapes from 400 feet revealed how dramatically different the familiar can look from above. That shift in perspective became a driving force — a reminder that innovation often comes from simply seeing the same problem from a new angle. This mindset continues to shape my approach today: exploring how drones can deliver quicker, safer, and more effective outcomes across multiple industries.

As experience grew, so did the focus. I began to see how drone technology could move far beyond imagery — into commercial cleaning, agricultural spraying, fertiliser application, and precision pest control. These sectors face increasing pressure to improve efficiency, reduce chemical use, and enhance worker safety, and drones offer a powerful, scalable solution. Photography drones remain an excellent entry point for most pilots, but as my journey demonstrates how that early spark can evolve into a fully fledged commercial capability. My mission now is to help industries adopt drone technology in ways that are practical, compliant, and genuinely transformative.
